This one is made with all familiar ingredients, so there's no need to worry about hunting down anything exotic at your local organic store. Everything you need for this soup is likely already in your pantry. In fact, you might even be able to make it tonight if you did your grocery shopping over the weekend!

This spinach soup is not only gentle on your stomach but also packed with nutritional benefits that will keep you full longer. It's perfect for dinner, especially if you have an early morning workout, run, or cycling excursion planned and don't want to eat something heavy.
This spinach soup comes with a twist, making it a wholesome meal in itself. It's so satisfying that you'll want to reach for a second helping, and here's the best part—without any guilt!

Tomato

That's it! You're ready to embark on this healthy culinary journey. Wash all the ingredients well and place them in your trusty pressure cooker. If you prefer a smooth soup without any chunks, avoid adding the spinach stems, as we won't be straining the soup and it will retain all the fiber. Also, cut the tomatoes in halves—no smaller. You'll soon see why.
Cook the ingredients for a couple of whistles in the pressure cooker and then let them cool down. At this stage, you can use kitchen tongs to remove the skins from the tomatoes. This is why we left them in halves; if you cut them smaller and overcook, the skins will be all over the place, which isn't very appealing. I've removed the tomatoes from the vessel for a better shot, but you can easily do this in the same utensil in which they were cooked.
Next, transfer everything to your blender and blend until the mixture is homogeneous in consistency. And that's it—you're done!

Add seasoning at this stage, and you can reheat the soup if you prefer it hot. Based on your taste preference, you can add a little butter or enjoy it with whole wheat breadsticks. Or, for an extra health boost, add the best toxin flusher ever!
