Can i customise an order?

Yes you can, to the extent that of a particular print can also be done on another body block. For example, you really like a print on a crop top (well ofcourse you did , we made it) and if you need that done on a Tshirt; we can do it.

What’s the process to initiate an exchange or a refund?

You can refer to our Refund Policy on the website for more details. It says we cant exchanges, returns or refunds because a) we are pretty darn sure of our product quality and b) because honestly speaking we are just starting out. We need more encouragement in terms of sales and we honestly do have have the bandwidth to handle retuns and refunds. However, we are open to feedback and comments and we will hear you out in case you have a really bad experience with our products. Drop in a mail to us at support@cityogini.com with pictures to substantiate your claim and we will evaluate it and get back to you.
