Prerna is a certified Ashtanga, Yin, Prenatal and face yoga coach. She has been a yog practitioner for more than a decade and has been teaching since 2018. She is on a mission to empower people by using ancient yogic techniques and bringing harmony in mind, body and breath. She is also a wellness and fitness influencer popularly known as @maaofallblogs . She wears many caps as a Tedx speaker, an avid mountaineer, marathoner and recently has completed her sound healing certification and embarking a new journey as a healer. We hold a lot of emotions and chaos within our bodies, Chakra meditation helps us realign the chakras and bring our body back into balance.
