This is not about quick hacks or trendy mindfulness. This is about sitting with yourself, dissolving noise, and learning how to truly practice — not perform — meditation.

Guided by Ruchi Kapoor, whose approach emphasizes clarity, presence, and direct transmission, this 5-day immersion helps you shift from dabbling to deepening.

STRUCTURE: 5 Days of Live/Recorded Sessions (30–40 min daily)

Each day includes:

  • Opening Breath Ritual

  • Teaching (short philosophy or principle)

  • Practice (guided meditation)

  • Integration Prompt (journal or reflection)


DAY-WISE BREAKDOWN

🌀 Day 1: The Truth About Silence

Theme: Why most meditation doesn’t “work” Teaching: The myth of emptying the mind Practice: Anchoring in the breath, learning to watch without fixing Integration: “What am I actually seeking in silence?

🔥 Day 2: Fire of Attention

Theme: Depth requires discipline Teaching: Sharpening the inner gaze – Dharana before Dhyana Practice: 20-min single-pointed awareness (on candle flame or mantra) Integration: “Where does my attention collapse most often?”

🌊 Day 3: The River of Emotions

Theme: Don’t bypass. Sit with it. Teaching: Emotional intelligence in seated practice Practice: Witnessing emotions without entanglement (Vipassana-style) Integration: “What emotions do I resist the most in stillness?”

🌱 Day 4: The Observer Self

Theme: Who is meditating? Teaching: Introducing the sakshi bhava (witness consciousness) Practice: Body-scan with awareness of the observer Integration: “When do I forget the observer within me?”

🌌 Day 5: Deep Practice, Daily Life

Theme: From cushion to life Teaching: How to build a daily meditation sadhana Practice: 30-min integrated session + intention setting Integration: “What 1 shift am I committing to for 21 days?”
