I joined Ruchi’s yoga classes in August 2024. I used to practice on my own for many years. I started improving after joining her class. My form has improved and so has my strength. She conducts the class with music and a diya which creates a serene atmosphere and guides us through all the asanas. The specific advice for each asana is the key to continuous improvement. Further, every second or third class has different asanas. The pranayam, meditation and chanting after the closing asanas are rejuvenating and relaxing. She is also a master yogi and seeing her do yoga is inspiring. I highly recommend Ruchi’s classes to all those interested in yog sadhana.
