Cancellation Policy
1. Access & Delivery All classes are delivered via WhatsApp in video format. You will receive the class video each day (for 30 days) / on your chosen day (for 1-Day Reset). Videos are pre-recorded, designed to feel like you’re in a live class. 2. Replay Window 30-Day Plan: Each day’s class is available for 24 hours. If you miss a day, simply continue with the next one — consistency is more important than perfection. 1-Day Reset: Replay access is valid for 24 hours after delivery. 3. Accountability We encourage you to “show up” daily by dropping a ✅ in the WhatsApp group after you complete your class. This keeps you on track and inspires others. Skipping a class is okay — just restart with the next day instead of trying to “catch up.” 4. Refunds & Transfers Since all classes are digital and delivered instantly, no refunds or transfers are possible after enrollment. Please check your WhatsApp access before enrolling. 5. Health & Safety The Movement Method™ is designed for general wellness. If you have any medical concerns, please consult your doctor before starting. Always listen to your body and practice at your own pace. 6. Community Etiquette The WhatsApp group is for class updates and accountability only. No promotions or unrelated forwards. Respect the privacy and journey of fellow participants.
