An internationally certified Yoga Instructor with 900 hours of Advanced Teachers’ Training Course in yoga Education from 'The Yoga Institute' , Santacruz, Mumbai specializing in Classical yoga and also a certified Kids and Teens Yoga Instructor from Param Yoga, Pune. Conducted various yoga workshops for teenagers, adults and school children that include practicing dynamic and static yoga postures, Pranayamas and kriyas, games and yoga stories, relaxation and meditation sessions. Private Yoga Instructor With a deep enthusiasm for yoga & fitness Created an inviting and relaxing atmosphere in a group setting with the goal of supporting their efforts to stay fit, flexible and stress-free. Developed specific and personalized yoga routines to meet individual clients’ needs and goals.
