Focus: Breath awareness, pelvic openness, gentle spinal movement Session 2: Strengthen & Support – Building Stability Gently Theme: Maintain strength with safe, stable movements and breath awareness Focus: Back care, pelvic floor, and gentle core tone Session 3: Release & Restore – Easing Tension, Flowing Gently Theme: Encourage circulation, release muscle tightness, and restore energy Focus: Hips, shoulders, lower back Session 4: Prepare & Empower – Mind-Body Readiness for Birth Theme: Gentle preparation for labor with breath, movement, and rest Focus: Pelvic openness, breath for contractions, emotional confidence Props needed: Bolster, 2 pillows, blanket, yoga strap, wall space or chair Additional Resources: 1.
