Return,Refund and Cancellation :

Delivery Policy
  • Teachers and Brands are allowed to sell any of their merchandise from the Online Studio subscribed by them on www.cityogini.com
  • The merchandise uploaded by the teacher or the brand must comply with the policies of Cityogini as mentioned in terms and privacy section and the prevailing laws
  • Accuracy of the information regarding the products is the responsibility of the respective Teachers and Brands. Cityogini will not be responsible for any misrepresentation of products on the website in the form of image or physical description or availability of stocks.
  • Delivery of the product ordered by customers will be the sole responsibility of the Teacher or the Brand. Teachers and Brands will be required to update the status of the order from the dashboard so that the same is updated for the customer as well.
  • Cityogini acts as a marketplace for the products hosted by the Teachers and Brands on their studio and is not liable or responsible for non delivery or delayed delivery of products.


Shipping Policy
  • Shipping Details and charges will be mentioned by the teachers and the brands against the merchandise being sold on the product detail page.
  • Students or customers who buy a merchandise agree that they have read the details regarding shipping of the products.
  • Shipping status to be updated by the teacher or brand to ensure that the customer can be apprised of the same.
  • Cityogini will not be responsible for non shipping of the product. 


Returns & Refund Policy

  • Teachers and brands must define the return, refund policy for their products on the prduct detail page. The policy defines the arrangement between the buyer and the seller (teacher or the brands) incase of a wrong delivery, delayed or non delivery or a damaged product.
  • Returns is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. Customers must refer to the respective item's applicable return/replacement policy on the product detail page.
  • Refunds in the case of any cancellation by the student or the teacher has to be settled through coupons that can be offered to the student for subsequent purchases. However, this settlement is between the student and the teacher and cityogini is not liable to pay for such refunds incase teachers or brands default.
  • The payment gateway option is being provided to the Users to make payment easier. In case wrong bank account details are provided by the teacher, Cityogini will not be responsible for loss of money, if any. In case of there being any technical failure, at the time of transaction and there is a problem in making payment, you could contact Support@Cityogini.com
