This is an Ashtanga yoga class for seekers. We will be covering the asanas that are a part of the Primary Series of the Ashtanga Yoga Practice.
Practice the power of traditional Ashtanga Yoga as it cleanses your mind, body and soul. This class has been running since 2013.
It will follow the sequence of the Traditional Ashtanga Yoga's Primary Series that I learnt from my Teachet Saraswati Maaji in Mysore at the KPJAYI. We will go till the Beginning of Seated postures in the class and then end with closing postures and Nadi Shodhan Pranayam.This class will help develop self awareness by using the asanas as a way to connect with the breath and body.
This class is for healthy adult individuals who want to push their stamina, endurance and mental threshold to the next level. You just need and open mind and your Yoga mat for this class
